Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers during sprint cycles to ensure quality integration
- Design and maintain test cases covering functional, regression, and performance scenarios
- Validate UI/UX compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Participate in agile ceremonies and provide quality metrics to stakeholders
- Maintain test environments and configure test automation frameworks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience with SaaS applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Knowledge of database testing (SQL) and performance testing tools
- Certification (CSTE, ISTQB) or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
