Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects using JIRA with detailed reproduction steps
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress for regression suites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Slack/Jira to resolve critical bugs
- Conduct exploratory testing for new features and edge cases
- Analyze test metrics and provide quality improvement recommendations
- Maintain test documentation and QA processes aligned with ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or equivalent preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating test automation projects required
