Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity levels
- Develop and maintain test scripts using Selenium/Cypress frameworks
- Perform regression testing on cross-platform environments (iOS/Android/Web)
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce bugs and validate fixes
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement recommendations
- Maintain test documentation and QA metrics dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience with software development lifecycle
- Expertise in manual testing, regression testing, and defect management
- Proficiency in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong SQL knowledge for database testing and data validation
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for technical documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
