Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test suites for web/mobile applications
- Document detailed test plans, cases, and defect reports using JIRA
- Collaborate with developers during Agile sprints to ensure rapid issue resolution
- Perform regression testing and validate UI/UX functionality across devices
- Conduct API testing using Postman and validate JSON responses
- Analyze test metrics and provide actionable improvement recommendations
- Maintain test environments and automate repetitive tasks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS/web applications
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with SQL for data validation and test data management
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) preferred
- Expert knowledge of bug tracking workflows and defect lifecycles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
