Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing across web and mobile applications
- Automate test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to accelerate validation cycles
- Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA with clear reproducibility steps
- Collaborate with Agile teams to refine requirements and improve test coverage
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues
- Analyze test metrics and provide actionable insights to development leads
- Maintain test environments and ensure data integrity for validation activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on QA experience with SaaS applications
- Proficiency in automation frameworks (Selenium/Cypress) and scripting languages (Python/JavaScript)
- Expertise in test management tools (JIRA/TestRail) and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect lifecycles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter/K6) and SQL for data validation
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Proven track record of improving product quality metrics in fast-paced environments
