We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead our quality assurance efforts in Colorado Springs. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Lead the migration from manual testing to automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Conduct thorough API testing (REST/SOAP) and database validation to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, define acceptance criteria, and troubleshoot complex bugs.
- Integrate automated testing directly into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) to facilitate continuous delivery.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance Engineering, with a proven track record of automation success.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Expert knowledge of SQL and experience writing complex queries for data verification.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla) and version control (Git).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
