Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications
- Implement automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Lead defect management processes in JIRA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies
- Conduct performance, security, and usability testing
- Maintain test documentation and metrics dashboards
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA testing experience in SaaS environments
- Expertise in test automation (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
- Certified Agile/Scrum Master preferred
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
