Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium and Cypress for CI/CD integration
- Lead defect triage sessions with development teams to ensure timely resolution
- Implement continuous quality monitoring across web and mobile platforms
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define quality requirements
- Analyze test metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS or enterprise software
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks and tools
- Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent
- Experience with JIRA, TestRail, and defect tracking systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
