Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium and Cypress for continuous integration pipelines
- Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA with clear severity classifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality gates in Agile sprints
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders
- Maintain test environments and troubleshoot integration issues
- Mentor junior QA staff on testing methodologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS or fintech applications
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong SQL skills for database validation and data-driven testing
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
