Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and security testing for fintech applications
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and document defects using JIRA and Confluence
- Automate test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Python for CI/CD pipelines
- Validate compliance with PCI DSS and SOC 2 security frameworks
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement of QA processes
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and testing methodologies
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS or financial technology products
- Expertise in manual testing and automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong understanding of API testing with Postman or RestAssured
- Certification in ISTQB or similar QA methodology preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proficiency in SQL for database validation testing
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
