Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect management using JIRA and implement preventive QA strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA/testing experience with SaaS applications
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
- Agile/Scrum certification and CI/CD pipeline experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
