Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and similar tools
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical issues pre-launch
- Develop comprehensive test cases covering functional, regression, and performance scenarios
- Implement continuous testing strategies within CI/CD pipelines
- Lead QA reviews and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders
- Maintain detailed test documentation and quality metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS products
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Expert knowledge of bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred
