Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and Python for CI/CD integration
- Lead defect lifecycle management in JIRA with clear documentation and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with developers to implement test-driven development practices
- Maintain and optimize test environments across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish quality standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with enterprise SaaS applications
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium/Cypress) and scripting languages
- Strong SQL skills for database validation and test data management
- Certified Agile/Scrum Master or ISTQB Advanced Level
- Proven experience with performance testing tools (JMeter/Locust)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating test automation projects
