Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications
- Automate regression tests using Selenium, Cypress, and industry-leading frameworks
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity classifications
- Conduct manual and automated testing across multiple browsers and devices
- Perform API testing using Postman and RESTful services validation
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development teams
- Maintain and enhance test documentation in a fast-paced Agile environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional QA testing experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing methodologies
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Experience with performance and security testing tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
