Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, and performance requirements
- Execute manual and automated tests using Selenium, JIRA, and Postman
- Document defects with detailed steps, screenshots, and severity levels
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvements
- Maintain and update QA documentation and test scripts
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and bug tracking tools
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
