Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA with detailed reproduction steps
- Collaborate with developers to validate fixes and ensure quality gates
- Develop test plans and test scripts covering functional, regression, and performance scenarios
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to product teams
- Maintain test environments and automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience with SaaS applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
- Knowledge of SQL for database validation
