Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and test management tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and implement preventive measures
- Design and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
- Perform regression testing and release validation
- Analyze test metrics and provide quality improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and defect tracking systems
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and database interactions
- Familiarity with continuous integration pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
