Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Document defects in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps and severity metrics
- Collaborate with Agile teams to validate requirements during sprint planning
- Conduct cross-browser testing on 15+ platforms including mobile responsiveness
- Lead QA initiatives for new fintech product launches and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior testers and improve QA methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA testing with SaaS/web application experience
- Proficiency in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Expert knowledge of defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail) and test management
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD workflows
- Strong analytical skills for complex system testing scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
- Fintech or payment processing domain experience a plus
