Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Appium to improve testing efficiency.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams to understand requirements and provide quality assurance guidance.
- Conduct regression testing and perform smoke testing to ensure new features do not break existing functionality.
- Analyze system performance and stability to identify bottlenecks and optimize user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA automation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Deep understanding of SQL and database testing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
