Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and TestComplete
- Lead API testing initiatives with Postman and SoapUI for microservices architecture
- Execute comprehensive test plans for embedded systems and IoT devices
- Develop performance testing scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to integrate QA processes
- Maintain and enhance defect tracking systems (JIRA/Zephyr)
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation with proven track record
- Expertise in Python/Java for test script development
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- ISTQB Advanced Level Certification or equivalent
- Experience with aerospace/defense industry standards (DO-178C, AS9100)
- Strong analytical skills for complex system troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
