Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead API and performance testing initiatives using Postman and JMeter
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and security testing
- Document test cases, defects, and quality metrics in JIRA and Confluence
- Mentor junior QA engineers and improve team testing methodologies
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitLab
- Validate compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA automation with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Java/Python for test script development
- Proven experience with cloud testing (AWS/GCP)
- Certified ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ major automation projects
- Strong analytical skills for complex troubleshooting
