Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, and regression testing
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Java
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and drive quality improvements
- Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Document test cases, defects, and QA processes using JIRA and Confluence
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish testing best practices
- Perform API testing using Postman and REST-assured
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with 3+ years in automation
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation
- Expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, and Appium frameworks
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
