Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for complex software applications
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and Cypress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects
- Implement continuous integration pipelines for automated testing
- Document test cases, results, and quality metrics
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices
- Drive quality improvements through data-driven analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with 3+ years in automation
- Expertise in Java/Python and test automation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- ISTQB certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
