Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services using Python and frameworks such as Django or FastAPI.
- Architect complex database schemas and optimize query performance for our large-scale data ecosystem.
- Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and frontend engineers to define feature requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
- Deep understanding of web frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) and asynchronous programming.
- Expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in a distributed system environment.
