Responsibilities
- Design, test, and iterate advanced prompt strategies for production AI systems
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through prompt optimization
- Develop documentation frameworks for prompt libraries and best practices
- Conduct A/B testing to measure prompt effectiveness and user satisfaction metrics
- Train cross-functional teams on prompt engineering principles and techniques
- Research emerging AI capabilities and integrate new prompt methodologies
- Lead workshops to align stakeholders on prompt-driven AI solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional prompt engineering or NLP experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Expertise in GPT, Claude, and open-source LLMs
- Strong Python programming skills for automation and testing
- Experience with prompt frameworks like LangChain or DSPy
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
- Certification in prompt engineering or AI/ML preferred
