- Model Evaluation: Establish rigorous evaluation metrics and conduct A/B testing to measure prompt performance against benchmarks.
- Workflow Automation: Develop prompt-based workflows to automate customer support, data analysis, and content generation tasks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, developers, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into our software ecosystem.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of prompt libraries, optimization strategies, and best practices for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in prompt engineering, natural language processing (NLP), or a related AI field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages; familiarity with APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a deep understanding of tone, nuance, and context.
