Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and iterate AI prompts for enterprise-level applications
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompts with fine-tuned models
- Document prompt engineering frameworks and best practices
- Train cross-functional teams on prompt optimization techniques

Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP-related role
- Expertise with GPT-4, Claude, or equivalent LLMs
