Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize complex prompt strategies to extract high-quality, accurate outputs from Generative AI models like GPT-4 and Claude.
- Analyze model performance data to identify weaknesses in current prompting techniques and implement iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into scalable software solutions.
- Establish best practices for prompt libraries, documentation, and prompt version control.
- Conduct rigorous testing of AI responses to minimize bias and ensure safety and compliance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in NLP and contribute to the company's AI roadmap.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, data analysis, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) function, including tokenization and context windows.
- Exceptional command of the English language, with a keen eye for nuance, tone, and clarity.
- Experience using tools such as OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about algorithmic limitations.
