Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize AI prompts for maximum accuracy and relevance across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with ML engineers to align prompt strategies with model capabilities and business objectives
- Develop prompt frameworks for diverse applications including customer service, content generation, and data analysis
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations and iterate based on performance metrics
- Document prompt libraries and best practices for enterprise-wide adoption
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering methodologies and ethical AI practices
- Stay current with NLP advancements and integrate cutting-edge techniques into prompt strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI development
- Proven track record of designing prompts for production-level AI systems
- Expertise in Python and AI frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in prompt testing and optimization
- Excellent written communication and ability to translate technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects and outcomes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment
