Responsibilities
- Prompt Design & Architecture: Design, develop, and optimize complex prompts to maximize the accuracy and creativity of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Model Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of model outputs to ensure alignment with business goals and brand voice.
- Iterative Optimization: Continuously refine prompt strategies based on user feedback and model performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to integrate AI capabilities into scalable products.
- Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive documentation on prompt engineering best practices and train junior team members.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and AI research to implement cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or a related field.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python and JavaScript; familiarity with OpenAI API, Hugging Face, and LangChain is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Creativity: Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and nuance.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot model failures and improve response quality.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
