Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Create, refine, and iterate on complex prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to maximize output quality and relevance.
- Evaluation & Testing: Develop rigorous testing frameworks and metrics to evaluate prompt performance against specific business use cases.
- Documentation: Establish comprehensive prompt libraries, documentation, and best practices for the engineering team to follow.
- Integration: Work closely with software developers to integrate prompt-based logic into production APIs and applications.
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends in prompt engineering and NLP to continuously improve our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Prompt Engineering or a related field (e.g., NLP, Computational Linguistics).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
- Language: Excellent command of English grammar, syntax, and creative writing.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex text generation issues.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
