Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and iterate complex prompt architectures for enterprise AI applications
- Conduct systematic A/B testing to optimize prompt efficacy across diverse use cases
- Develop documentation frameworks for prompt engineering best practices and version control
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through strategic prompt engineering
- Lead prompt strategy workshops with cross-functional teams and external clients
- Monitor emerging AI capabilities to integrate cutting-edge techniques into prompt development
- Create prompt performance dashboards and analytics to measure business impact
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering, NLP, or applied AI development
- Proven track record of deploying production-level prompt systems
- Expertise with GPT-4, Claude, and open-source LLM ecosystems
- Strong technical writing skills with ability to document complex systems
- Experience with Python, LangChain, or similar prompt orchestration frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ prompt engineering case studies with measurable outcomes
