Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Create, refine, and iterate on complex prompts to achieve specific outcomes using LLMs like GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary models.
- Model Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of AI outputs to ensure accuracy, tone, and safety compliance.
- Library Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of prompts and prompt templates for various use cases.
- Collaboration: Partner with software engineers and data scientists to integrate prompt engineering best practices into the broader AI development lifecycle.
- Documentation: Write detailed documentation on prompt strategies, methodologies, and edge cases to facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, NLP, and prompt engineering methodologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or a similar role within an AI/ML context.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts, and prompt engineering frameworks.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python and experience with API integrations (e.g., OpenAI API, Hugging Face) is a strong plus.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail, tone, and nuance.
