- Design & Optimization: Develop sophisticated, context-aware prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) to ensure high-quality, accurate, and safe outputs.
- Model Training: Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune models based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive prompt libraries and guidelines to standardize AI interactions within the company.
- Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on prompt variations to determine the most effective strategies.
- Integration: Work closely with software engineers to integrate prompt engineering workflows into existing AI applications.
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends in NLP and Generative AI to keep our technology competitive.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering, Technical Writing, or Content Strategy with a focus on AI.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks.
- Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in English with exceptional attention to detail.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to debug and troubleshoot complex AI behaviors.
- Remote Work: Proven track record of successfully working in a distributed, remote-first environment.
