Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve specific business outcomes.
- Analyze model outputs to identify biases, inaccuracies, or hallucinations and implement iterative improvements.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into our core products.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt strategies to optimize for user engagement and conversion rates.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries and engineering best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and generative AI research to apply cutting-edge techniques.
- Train junior engineers on effective prompt engineering methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Prompt Engineer, AI Researcher, or similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and Large Language Model architectures.
- Proficiency in Python and scripting languages to automate prompt workflows and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and tone.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems using AI-driven solutions.
- Experience working with API integrations and handling JSON/CSV data structures.
