- Design, develop, and refine high-quality prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Optimize prompt workflows to maximize model accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of AI outputs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering best practices into product development cycles.
- Create documentation and guidelines for internal teams regarding prompt usage and model behavior.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and AI to continuously improve our capabilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in prompt engineering, specifically with GPT-4, Claude, or similar LLMs.
- Strong command of English with exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Experience with Python or JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Ability to deconstruct complex problems and translate them into effective machine instructions.
