Responsibilities
- Architect and refine complex prompt chains for high-accuracy LLM outputs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama).
- Conduct rigorous testing and A/B experimentation to optimize user engagement and response quality.
- Develop and maintain internal prompt libraries to standardize AI interactions across the organization.
- Collaborate with data scientists and backend engineers to integrate prompt strategies into production APIs.
- Analyze user feedback and model errors to iteratively improve system reasoning and reduce hallucinations.
- Stay ahead of the curve on the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or UX writing with a focus on AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python and API integration (REST/GraphQL) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architecture and how to leverage it for better results.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex AI behaviors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
