Responsibilities
- Model Optimization: Develop and iterate on complex prompt strategies to maximize the accuracy, coherence, and safety of LLM outputs.
- Hardware Utilization: Leverage provided high-end equipment to conduct extensive A/B testing and benchmarking of different prompting techniques.
- Data Analysis: Analyze model outputs to identify hallucinations, biases, or errors, and implement corrective prompt engineering strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries, engineering methodologies, and model performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to integrate prompt workflows into broader AI systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or Natural Language Understanding.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks like LangChain or Hugging Face.
- Hardware Savvy: Experience setting up and optimizing development environments for GPU computing.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable instructions.
