Responsibilities
- Design, refine, and optimize complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize output quality, accuracy, and relevance.
- Analyze AI responses and model outputs to identify bottlenecks, errors, or hallucinations, implementing iterative improvements.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to integrate prompt engineering best practices into production pipelines.
- Develop and maintain scalable prompt libraries, templates, and personas for diverse use cases (e.g., customer support automation, content generation, code assistance).
- Evaluate model performance against specific business KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest research in NLP, transformer architecture, and generative AI trends.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or content creation with a focus on AI interaction.
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) and prompt engineering methodologies (Chain of Thought, Few-Shot Learning).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and API integration concepts is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into clear, actionable instructions for AI systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
