Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and optimize high-precision prompts for LLMs to ensure accurate, safe, and contextually relevant outputs.
- Design prompt architectures that improve response quality and reduce hallucination rates in enterprise applications.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to fine-tune models based on user feedback loops.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing of prompt variations to maximize engagement and conversion metrics.
- Create comprehensive documentation and knowledge bases for prompt engineering best practices within the organization.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Prompt Engineering, AI content strategy, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) principles and Large Language Model capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to manipulate data for model training and evaluation.
- Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail, tone, and style.
- Experience with prompt engineering frameworks and tools (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face).
