- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt solutions into production AI systems
- Research and prototype emerging prompt engineering techniques including chain-of-thought and few-shot learning

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI field
- Expertise with GPT-4, Claude, or other state-of-the-art language models
- Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering frameworks like LangChain or DSPy
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI solutions
- Experience with MLOps tools and model deployment pipelines
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to debug complex model behaviors
