Responsibilities
- Prompt Architecture: Design complex, multi-turn prompt chains and system instructions to maximize LLM performance and accuracy.
- Optimization: Continuously analyze, iterate, and refine prompts based on output metrics, user feedback, and model behavior.
- Testing & QA: Create rigorous testing suites to evaluate model responses against predefined benchmarks and quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries, best practices, and optimization strategies for the engineering team.
- Collaboration: Partner with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to fine-tune models and improve underlying data pipelines.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest developments in NLP and generative AI to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, data science, or a related field with a focus on AI/LLMs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
- Language: Exceptional command of English grammar, style, and nuance.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, tokenization, and context windows.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot AI model outputs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
