Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI development roles
- Expertise in LLM interaction (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and fine-tuning
- Proficiency with Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating prompt output quality and bias
- Experience with MLOps tools and prompt version control systems
- Excellent written/verbal communication for technical documentation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
