Responsibilities

- Create documentation and best practices for prompt optimization across domains
- Conduct A/B testing to measure prompt performance and drive iterative improvements
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering methodologies and ethical AI practices
- Stay current with emerging LLM capabilities and research breakthroughs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP model optimization
- Expertise with LLMs including GPT-4, Claude, and open-source alternatives
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems with measurable impact
- Strong Python programming and API integration skills
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and fine-tuning processes
