Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine advanced prompt architectures for GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary LLMs
- Develop proprietary prompt libraries and optimization frameworks for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with AI research teams to prototype next-generation interaction models
- Quantify prompt performance through A/B testing and iterative refinement cycles
- Create documentation and training materials for cross-functional AI adoption
- Lead prompt engineering workshops for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years in NLP, machine learning, or prompt engineering roles
- Expertise with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) and fine-tuning workflows
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI interaction systems
- Strong Python programming with experience in ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Advanced knowledge of prompt optimization techniques (Chain-of-Thought, ReAct, etc.)
- Experience deploying solutions in regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
