Responsibilities

- Develop prompt frameworks that optimize LLM performance for specific business use cases

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering into AI pipelines
- Conduct A/B testing to quantify prompt effectiveness and iterate based on results
- Develop best practices for prompt security, bias mitigation, and ethical AI deployment

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or advanced NLP role
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for production-scale AI systems
- Expertise with GPT-4, Claude, or equivalent LLM architectures
- Strong understanding of transformer models and attention mechanisms
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
