Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompt architectures for GPT-4, Claude, and other LLMs
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing to refine prompt efficacy and output quality
- Create comprehensive prompt libraries with version control and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering into product workflows
- Develop innovative techniques for few-shot learning and chain-of-thought prompting
- Analyze model outputs to identify biases and implement mitigation strategies
- Stay current with emerging AI research and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI development
- Proven track record of shipping production-level prompt systems
- Expertise in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
