- Create comprehensive documentation and best practices for prompt lifecycle management
- Conduct A/B testing on complex prompt variations to identify performance optimizations
- Mentor junior engineers on advanced NLP techniques and prompt engineering principles
- Partner with product teams to integrate prompt solutions into customer-facing AI applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 4+ years of hands-on prompt engineering or advanced NLP experience
- Expertise with LLMs including GPT-4, Claude, and open-source alternatives
