Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI development roles
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI applications using LLMs
- Expertise in Python with experience in AI/ML frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to design and execute prompt testing protocols
