Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompts for large language models and AI systems
- Collaborate with ML engineers to align prompt strategies with model capabilities
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering workflows
- Develop innovative prompt templates for diverse AI applications
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and prompt engineering methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt optimization techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Proficiency with LLMs including GPT, Claude, and open-source models
